Disc Fragments

Every disc has it's own fragment that, with 8 fragments and a Disc Core, can craft the full disc.
For example: 8 Cat Disc Fragments surrounding 1 Disc Core makes the Cat Music Disc.

The Empty Disc Fragment is craftable and gives a random Disc Fragment. Its recipe is 5 Cobblestone and 1 Iron Nugget.
