A pale beige wood type created from Mushroom Stems.
Crafting
4 Mushroom Planks are crafted from 1 Mushroom Stem.
From there, Mushroom Planks have all of the standard crafting recipes, like any other wood type.
Mushroom wood items cannot used as fuel in a Furnace.
Since the normal Mushroom Stem has the same texture on 6 sides, the Mushroom Hyphae is the exact same, but rotatable.
Mushroom Sign
The Mushroom Sign isn't a block; it opens a Sign Checkbox Minigame.
The minigame consists of checking 25 checkboxes in order to close the sign screen. The text input field on the sign does nothing.
When the sign's minigame is completed you get 
Master Of Closingment, and if you also have Quick Close and Determination To Leave, you get 
All Signs To Begone! as well.
Mushroom Boat
If you expected the boat to be a normal boat by this point, I don't know what to tell you anymore.
Using it will open the Mushroom Boat Sacrifice screen.
You will need to gather various items and place one of each in their respective slots. Once the final item is inserted, you will be rewarded with an Initiated Mushroom Boat.
The items consist of: Emerald, Rabbit Hide, Ender Pearl, Lead, Amethyst Shard, Nether Brick, Glistening Melon Slice, Cocoa Bean, Prismarine Crystals.
Initiated Mushroom Boat
Believe it or not, this is an actual boat you can ride! However, it acts very different to a normal boat.
- You can move backwards at full speed
- *In water, it rides just low enough so your pants get soaked.
- It has a normal health system, like any other mob. (And unlike other boats)
- Speed (on water): idk
- It's notably fast on land, and can climb one-block-tall ledges.
- It grains speed on Ice, just like normal boats.

The Allegations
Mushroom wood was fully implemented before the introduction of Pale Oak. Any and all similarities to it are purely coincidental.
Mushroom Stem supply
Tip: since Mushroom Stems are so cumbersome to collect, consider the 
from Crimson/Warped Stems to Mushroom Stems to build a supply of them. (Shimmer)
