Withering Touch
Potion effect that makes you inflict Wither for 9 seconds on anything you attack.
The amplifier of Wither is the same as the amplifier of the Withering Touch.
It has the additional effect of inflicting 1 durability damage to each armor piece of the victim, and 1 additional durability damage to the held item of the attacker.
